Introduction to the Competition
The “Dongsheng Cup” International Entrepreneurship Competition is jointly guided by the Beijing Municipal Bureau of Human Resources and Social Security, the Beijing Municipal Commission of Science and Technology, the Zhongguancun Science and Technology Park Management Committee, the Haidian District People’s Government of Beijing, and the Zhongguancun Science City Management Committee. It is jointly hosted by the Beijing Employment Promotion Center, the Beijing Haidian District Bureau of Human Resources and Social Security, and the Zhongguancun Dongsheng Science and Technology Park Management Committee. The competition was launched in 2013 and has attracted a total of 14179 excellent entrepreneurial projects from nearly 100 countries and cities, including more than 3000 overseas projects. It has focused on following up and incubating more than 3000 projects. The “Gongrui Hummingbird Plan”, provides more than 30000 scientific and technological innovation services that integrate training and guidance, financial services, brand promotion, policy consultation, resource docking, spatial support, and talent services for innovative projects, providing a cutting-edge advantage and technological support for global innovation and entrepreneurship.

Taking Beijing as the main position, Domgsheng Cup establishes North China, Northeast China, Northwest China, East China, Central China, West China, South China and other competition area nodes, radiating Beijing, Shanghai, Guangdong, Shenzhen, Tianjin, Jinan, Hangzhou, Nanjing, Changchun, Wuhan, Xi’an, and Chengdu and other 59 cities.
International division
Open up and cooperate globally, establish competition area nodes in North America, Europe, East Asia, the Belt and Road, and radiate to the United States, Russia, Britain, France, Germany, South Korea, Canada, Switzerland, Israel, Finland, the Netherlands, Singapore, etc.

Participation Requirements
The competition is open to global entrepreneurs and entrepreneurial teams for free recruitment. The participating teams must meet the following conditions. Previously won projects in the “Dongsheng Cup” International Entrepreneurship Competition cannot participate again.
The founder is the team leader or corporate legal person. If the entry project has been registered as a company, the establishment time should be after January 1, 2016;
There are no less than 3 core team members, and the contestants must be the founders or core members of the participating teams;
Be able to clearly and completely explain the characteristics of the product or service, the mode of production or operation, and the attractiveness of the product or service to customers;
The enterprise has equity financing needs, and the financing valuation does not exceed 300 million RMB (projects that have implemented application scenarios can be appropriately relaxed for financing valuation requirements after deliberation and approval by the competition organizing committee).

Dongsheng Cup is open to any startup worldwide. Application process is free of charge. The competition is aimed at recruiting global startups. The participating teams must meet the listed requirements. The winning startups of the previous Dongsheng Cup competitions cannot compete again.

*Previous award-winning projects are not allowed to participate repeatedly, and the final interpretation right belongs to the organizing committee of the competition
